むし歯の原因であるプラーク（歯垢）は奥歯や歯の溝、歯と歯ぐきの際など複雑な部分に多く残ります。
大きな歯ブラシでは１回こするだけできれいになったように思いますが、細かい部分が磨きにくく、お口の奥深くまで入れずらいため、磨けてないことがあります。そのため細かい所までしっかり届く、ヘッドの小さめのものがオススメです。しかし、ブラシの毛が硬すぎると歯ぐきを歯ぐきを傷つけたり、歯を削る原因になったりします。とくに歯ぐきが弱っているときは、柔らかめがオススメですが、逆に柔らかすぎると力を入れる方などは毛が寝てしまい、歯の汚れが取れません。硬さは、普通くらがオススメです(^o^)丿
歯並び、お口の大きさによって磨きやすいものが違ってきます。また、よい歯ブラシを使っても１ヶ月たつと毛先が開き、毛の弾力もなくなります。早めに交換してくださいね。
歯磨き剤はそれだけでは、むし歯を防ぐことはできません。歯ブラシの補助的な役割なります。その中でも歯の再石灰化作用のあるフッ素や、フッ素の効果を強化するキシリトール入りのものがオススメです。フッ素は、900ｐｐｍ以上のものを朝晩使用し、うがいは少なめにしていただくとより効果があります(^_^)
写真で紹介している歯磨き剤は、どれもフッ素は９５０ｐｐｍFです。
低発泡、低香味で長時間のブラッシングが可能です。 子ども用は、アップル・ストロベリー・マイルドフルーツと三種類ありますよ(^_-) 味見できるので、自分好みの歯磨き剤を見つけてください(^_^)
